Your Drinking Water Testing Kit
After requesting a Drinking Water Analysis Kit, you will receive the Drinking Water Analysis Kit in the post. The Drinking Water Analysis Kit contains all the information you will need to collect your water in the sample bottles provided. The process will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please ensure the Water Sample Submission Form is fully completed using the instructions provided.
Returning your Samples
Return your Water Samples back to us using the labelled Jiffy bag provided, or if you are local to us – drop them in at reception. Remember to return the Water Samples as soon as possible, preferably the same day.
We recommend using first class delivery as the Water Samples need to be with us within 24 hours.
The Laboratory
Once we have received your Water Samples, we will process your Water Samples in the laboratory. Sampling time will take up to 10 days. And we will be in touch in due course.
What happens next?
Once you’re Water Sample bottles have been analysed we will send your Certificate of Analysis via email. A member of our customer care team will then be in touch to break down each section of the Certificate of Analysis with you.
We will then explain the two parts of your analysis results:
Chemical Analysis
pH, Iron, and Manganese etc.
Microbiological Analysis.
E coli and Total coliforms etc.
Once we have explained this to you we will compare your results to the National Requirements of the Drinking Water Standards and advise you on the next steps to take.
